The public’s enthusiasm for Rosé is undimmed. Doesn’t matter whether it’s bright pink or porcelain, down it goes.

Our Ramblin’ Rosé is at the paler end of the spectrum and charming to the eye. But this is just appearances. On the palate, it tastes like liquid candy. Certainly confectionary.

Compared to the drier preferences of Europeans locals still like some residual sweetness in their rosés. We’ve opted for 10 g/l which hits the mark. In the fruit part of the equation, we’re opting for strawberries – with or without cream and maybe rhubarb. Someone was even heard saying it tasted like a fresh bite from a Pink Lady apple! Being derived from two clones of Pinot Noir Ramblin’ Rosé has an almost silky texture which adds to the charm.

Yes, it was Ramblin’ Rosé – bottles of it strewn over couches and under beds. Some might say this was over the top, but you could say it was good taste!
